Plain Beef Sausages - Classic 6 X 80g
We have now introduced a plain beef sausage without pepper but in the same gourmet style of our other extremely popular sausages. The simple ingredients are beef, salt and mineral salts with a natural pork casing.
They are gluten free, dairy free and additive free. There is no pepper, onion or garlic in them. There are no added ingredients containing allergens.
This is a sausage that can be enjoyed by everyone.
Regular Salt used
The salt used is natural sea salt (sodium chloride) suitable for human consumption.
Produced in Australia by solar evaporation, harvested and refined in accordance with good manufacturing practice, under HACCP and SQF Code (L3) system, verified by BSI.
It complies with Standards 2.10.2 (salt and salt products) of the Food Standards Code Australia New Zealand-Volume 2. It is non GMO.
Mineral Salts used
The mineral salts are derived from potassium and sodium. They are either Potassium pyrophosphate, sodium pyrophosphate or sodium acid pyrophosphate. There is no Cupric Sulphate used.
