Pork Loin Medallions also known as pork loin steak are lean cuts of meat from the eye of the loin. The medallions look oval shaped and are very tender with the excess fat trimmed away. As they are a very lean cut, it is recommended to cook them quickly. The combined result of marinading them and cooking them quickly leads to an exceptionally delicious, tender dish. They are perfect baked, grilled or barbecued. They are low in fat and high in protein making a tasty, healthy meal. Our premium pork does not have any moisture infusions.
