Stockman Steaks Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a text message notification the day before your order arrives and another text message after it has been delivered.

Domestic Shipping Rates

All orders are shipped by our frozen transport services 100% Free.

Australia wide delivery

We deliver nationally but only within Australia. If we cannot deliver to your post-code, as you may be in a regional area that we do not deliver to, our system will alert you and will not process your order.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us via the Contact Us Link section on our page and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

We do not ship to PO Boxes.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

If you do not receive your order, we will refund the full order amount.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact us via the Contact Us Link section on our page with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

As we are selling a food product, we do not offer returns or exchanges. However, we will issue a refund if there is a problem with the order.
