Our Beef Soup bones, also known as stock bones, are the remaining pieces left over after we have completed the butchering process. They do contain meat but not enough meat on them for cooking on their own. They work wonderfully for adding more flavour to your soup, as a stock, making high protein soup or beef bone broth. The soups you can make include beef stews, pho and ramen. Stocks and broths can easily be made by tossing these bones into a large pot, adding water and letting them simmer for a period of 1—3 hours. We advocate using all parts of the animal and this is one more way that you can achieve this.
