Our pasture-raised, free-range chickens taste delicious and are something you can feel good about. They roam free on acres of green pasture and live in an environment that has been designed to make them feel as comfortable and carefree as possible. The chickens enjoy having the option to snack on whatever is on offer in the pasture. Available to them is also high-quality feed, designed to ensure they are as natural and healthy as possible. Their feed has no antibiotic growth promotants, no preservatives or growth hormones. There is no use of anti-biotics or growth hormones ever. All of the chickens are ethically produced. The chicken is delivered from farm to table. Free-range chickens in Australia that are not pasture-raised must have ‘meaningful and regular access’ to an outdoor range during daylight hours. However, in practice, stocking them at 10,000 per hectare, might not result in animals that are especially free.

All of the weights of our products have a plus or minus 5% variance for boneless choices and a 10% plus or minus variance for bone in choices and full primals / whole cuts.
