T-Bone Steak 400g x 1 Piece (NEW SINGLE STEAK OPTION)

A classic steak with an iconic shape. It is mildly tender and had a bold flavour. They are a large size, and as they contain meat from the most prized cuts of beef (the short loin and the tenderloin), T-bone steaks are generally considered the highest quality steaks.

Our T-Bone steaks are grass-fed, grass-finished, 100% Pasture-Raised, hormone free and anti-biotic free.  They do not receive any grain or grain by-products as they are free from any confined feeding.  Grass-Fed, grass-finished beef is higher in Omega 3 fatty acids and healthier for you and better for the planet. Our T-Bone Steaks are also free of any meat glue or transglutaminase.  Meat Glue is commonly used in steaks to ensure they all look perfectly consistent.  This is something we do not use.

All of the weights of our products have a plus or minus 5% variance for boneless choices and a 10% plus or minus variance for bone in choices and full primals / whole cuts.
