Beef Short Rib - 600g

Our beef short ribs come with a deep, beef flavour and rich marbling. They have been wet-aged for 14 days to give them an extra-tender texture and very rich flavour. They are butcher-cut in a traditional English style. They are perfectly designed for braising, slow cooking or a slow barbeque.

All of the weights of our products have a plus or minus 5% variance for boneless choices and a 10% plus or minus variance for bone in choices and full primals / whole cuts.
