Our beef short ribs are boneless with a deep, beef flavour and rich marbling. They have been wet-aged for 14 days to give them an extra-tender texture and very rich flavour. They are butcher-cut in a traditional English style. They are perfectly designed for braising, slow cooking or a slow barbeque.
