Our sizzle steak is a cut of steak that has been thinly sliced from the Rostbiff.

Rostbiff is a lean and tender cut from the rump steak with the rump cap taken off and no fat layer.

Sizzle steak is best cooked quickly over high heat and is extremely versatile.

It is lean and tender with a lot of flavour.

They are best served thinly sliced with a crispy crust.

Many people use them in steak sandwiches, salads or a thinly sliced schnitzel.
