Sizzle Steak 4 x 100g

Our sizzle steak is a cut of steak that has been thinly sliced from the Rostbiff. Rostbiff is a lean and tender cut from the rump steak with the rump cap taken off and no fat layer. Sizzle steak is best cooked quickly over high heat and is extremely versatile.

It is lean and tender with a lot of flavour. They are best served thinly sliced with a crispy crust. Many people use them in steak sandwiches, salads or a thinly sliced schnitzel.

Our Sizzle steaks are grass-fed, grass-finished, 100% Pasture-Raised, hormone free and anti-biotic free.  They do not receive any grain or grain by-products as they are free from any confined feeding.  Grass-Fed, grass-finished beef is higher in Omega 3 fatty acids and healthier for you and better for the planet. Our Sizzle Steaks are also free of any meat glue or transglutaminase.  Meat Glue is commonly used in steaks to ensure they all look perfectly consistent.  This is something we do not use.
