Our pork is sourced directly from farms in the beautiful Riverina region of Australia.

At these farms, the health and welfare of these animals are of utmost importance, going beyond the standard of raising pigs in eco-shelters. Our pork is a premium product that leads the industry in environmentally sustainable strategies and the development of animal welfare programs.

The herd is carefully managed and raised in large breezy shelters where they can forage freely in straw and naturally socialize.

We do not add infusions into our pork, ensuring our customers receive clean, natural products. Pork infusions are a common method of injecting pork with water, mineral salts and other ingredients to help the pork stay moist and tender.

The pork is vacuum sealed within 24 hours of leaving the farm, which why it's so tender and delicious.
