Lamb cutlets are considered to be one of the most premium cuts of lamb. They are exquisitely delicious and tender. They are taken from the ribs of the lamb and cooked individually. They are similar to a rack of lamb, which is when all of the lamb cutlets are left together. Intricate, master butchering removes a lot of weight or fat from the cutlets. Our lamb cutlets have a delicate and tender texture, which makes them perfect for grilling or pan-frying. You will enjoy the tasty and robust flavour of our lamb cutlets.

Our Lamb cutlets are grass-fed, grass-finished, 100% Pasture-Raised, hormone free and anti-biotic free.  Our lamb do not receive any grain or grain by-products as they are free from any confined feeding.  Grass-Fed, grass-finished lamb is higher in Omega 3 fatty acids and healthier for you and better for the planet.
