Our all NEW traditional sliced pork bacon is the same as streaky bacon and American bacon cut from the belly of the pig. It is nitrate free, nitrite free and sulphite free. Our new pork bacon is now cured with pineapple juice. It is gluten free, dairy free, soy free and contains zero allergens.
It's ingredients are pork, water, reconstituted pineapple juice, food acid (citric acid), Vitamin C, Stabiliser (pectin), natural flavour, salt. It is wood smoked for an incredible flavour. There is only a trace amount of sugar left over from the curing process. There is not enough sugar to impact a Carnivore diet. Exceptionally juicy and packed with flavour, it can be cooked in a pan or baked in the oven. It has been produced through a slow curing process to achieve an incredible, mouth-watering taste.
