Veal yearling schnitzels are tender and light, with a delicate taste. Our veal yearling is uncrumbed and low in fat. As all of our veal is pasture-raised, the colour is darker than milk fed veal. It is one one of the most tender cuts of meat. Pan frying is the most popular method for cooking them but they can also be grilled.
