Pork Spare Ribs - 600g

Pork spare ribs are cut from the ends of baby back ribs until reaching the breast bone. They are perfect for a slow cook or smoking over two to three hours. They have a high fat content and a rich flavour, that comes out perfectly when slow cooked. You will love their rich, meaty taste. They are tender with a melt in your mouth result. You can really enjoy choosing the marinade you wish to rub over them.  Our premium pork does not have any moisture infusions.
