Introducing a pre-sliced version of our 3kg grass-fed, wet-aged whole Scotch Fillet is also known as the Cube Roll. It is one of the most popular, flavourful, juicy and premium roasts available. It is cut from the whole boneless eye of the rib. The middle seam of fat marbling, significantly enhances the flavour, texture and moisture of the meat during cooking. It tends to be the first choice of serious steak lovers.
