We are excited to offer for pre-order at Stockman Steaks a Nitrate Free Christmas Ham. It is a 4kg bone-in, Free-Range leg ham.

We are only taking pre-orders now until sold out.
Deliveries will take place at the end of November, beginning of December.

They are 100% Nitrate Free, 100% Nitrite Free, 100% Sulphite Free, 100% Free Range, 100% Australian made, raised and owned.
They are 100% free of growth hormones, anti-biotics and growth promotants.
They are non-GMO.
They are low sugar, gluten free and allergen free.
The pigs are completely unvaccinated.  This means they have no mRNA or any
vaccinations.
It does not contain the Sequivity mRNA vaccine.
Rotational grazing is used to avoid erosion and ensure sustainability.

Ingredients: Pork 99%, Salt, Brown Sugar, Water.

Nutrients per 100g: Protein 16.6g, Fat 6.6g, Carbohydrates 0.7g, Sugar 0.7g.

The smoking process involves making it over a week, where it is brined and double smoked for 12 hours over red-gum. These free-range hams exemplifies the highest standards of heritage pork. They are revered as the "Wagyu of pork" for their unparalleled marbling and delicate texture. This ham delivers a depth of flavour and refined sweetness. We aim to offer the most natural ham.

You can eat our ham straight out of the pack as it is cooked or you can glaze it and re-heat it in the oven for a hot ham.
