This premium steak also known as the tenderloin or Fillet Mignon. It is known for exceptional tenderness and succulent flavour. Even though it is a thicker cut of meat, it doesn't need a longer cooking time. It is considered the most tender cut of all. It is lean yet delivers a melt-in-your-mouth, buttery succulence.

Our Eye Fillet steaks are grass-fed, grass-finished, 100% Pasture-Raised, hormone free and anti-biotic free.  They do not receive any grain or grain by-products as they are free from any confined feeding.  Grass-Fed, grass-finished beef is higher in Omega 3 fatty acids and healthier for you and better for the planet. Our Eye Fillet Steaks are also free of any meat glue or transglutaminase.  Meat Glue is commonly used in eye fillet steaks to ensure they all look perfectly consistent.  This is something we do not use.
