We are excited to offer for pre-order at Stockman Steaks an Artisinal Reserve Christmas Whole Turkey. It is a 4-4.5kg weight ranged, Free-Range Whole Turkey.

Sourced from the same farm as our pasture-raised chickens.

Deliveries will take place at the end of November, beginning of December.

They are 100% Nitrate Free, 100% Nitrite Free, 100% Sulphite Free, 100% Free Range, 100% Australian made, raised and owned.
They are 100% free of growth hormones, anti-biotics and growth promotants.
They are non-GMO.
They are low sugar, gluten free and allergen free.
No chlorine bleaching.
All water used in processing the turkeys is sourced from natural bore water.
No mRNA vaccinations.

Rotational grazing is used to fertilise the pasture avoid erosion, improve soil health and ensure sustainability.
