For larger gatherings, our grass-fed, wet-aged Whole Rump is expertly cut from the hind quarter and is known as a pub favourite. It is perfect for roasting, slow cooking or it's sensational marinated and cooked in a large BBQ. Rump steaks won't be quite as tender as the fillet steaks, however it will more than make up for it with a deep, savoury flavour.
The Rump Cap is the cut that rests on top of the rump. As it is not an exerted muscle, it is tender with a layer of fat that enhances the flavour and moisture of a whole roast.
The Stockman Steaks Whole Rump can serve 16-18 people.
