Our Beef Soup bones, also known as stock bones, are the remaining pieces left over after we have completed the butchering process. They do contain meat but not enough meat on them for cooking on their own. They work wonderfully for adding more flavour to your soup, as a stock, making high protein soup or beef bone broth. Our Angus Beef & Black Pepper Sausages are a tasty sausage cooked in a traditional English style. The pepper flavour is very mild. Their ingredients are simply Angus beef, water, salt, mineral salts, black pepper and coriander. They are gluten free, dairy free and additive free. Our all NEW traditional sliced pork bacon is the same as streaky bacon and American bacon cut from the belly of the pig. It is nitrate free, nitrite free and sulphite free. Our new pork bacon is now cured with pineapple juice. It is gluten free, dairy free, soy free and contains zero allergens.
