Beef Bacon - 200g x 2 Packs (Nitrate Free)

Beef bacon is an incredible alternative to regular bacon, as it is made from beef rather than pork. It has a slightly milder flavour than pork bacon and makes a fantastic, new breakfast option. Our new and improved beef bacon is now made solely from the brisket. Our beef bacon is cured, dried, wood-smoked and sliced. It has a salty, meaty flavour that people find delicious. As our beef bacon is 100% pasture-raised and grass-fed, it is higher in protein and a little lower in fat than traditional pork bacon.  It is not only nitrate free, but  sulphite free.

It crisps up beautifully when pan frying or grilling.
