Beef Bacon - 200g x 2 Packs (Nitrate Free)

Beef bacon is an incredible alternative to regular bacon, as it is made from beef rather than pork. It has a slightly milder flavour than pork bacon and makes a fantastic, new breakfast option. Our new and improved beef bacon is now made solely from the flat-end beef brisket. It is sliced by our master butchers to be 2.5mm to 3.0mm thick, Our beef bacon is cured, dried, wood-smoked and sliced. It has a salty, meaty flavour that people find delicious. It's ingredients are beef, water, salt, mineral salts, wood smoke, anti-oxidant and cure.  There is a trace amount of sugar left over from the curing process.  Not enough to impact a Carnivore diet. As our beef bacon is 100% pasture-raised and grass-fed, it is higher in protein and a little lower in fat than traditional pork bacon.  It is not only nitrate free, but sulphite free.

It crisps up beautifully when pan frying or grilling.
